Staff Selection Commission for a total of 1207 posts of Stenographer for Grades C and D has recently revealed the exam dates. Thus, applicants who applied successfully for the vacancy before 23rd August 2023 are entitled to receive their entry cards from the authorized portal of the commission. SSC will provide the admit card links region-wise, and applicants should download their call letters as per the region they have applied for the posts.

SSC Stenographer Exam Date 2023
The computer-based assessments will be administered on October 12 and 13, 2023. Exam timings, exam centre and the other necessary things related to the exams will be known with the release of the admit cards. Those who secure higher marks in the CBT test are entitled to appear in the skill test and in the further certificate verification round.

Talking about the Tier 2 exam, the shorthand test will be done on the shorthand notepad. The test is bilingual and is in either English or Hindi. The candidates can choose whichever language they want to write the exam in. During the test, a paragraph will be read aloud to candidates at the following speed:
- 80 words per minute for eight minutes, stenographer Group D
- Group C of stenographers: 10 minutes at 100 words per minute.

- Open SSC accredited portal, ssc.nic.in.
- Select the Admit Card option.
- Upon tapping the tab, you will be taken to the page where multiple regional websites are found.
- Now, you must select the region from which you have applied for the post.
- On the next page, you should enter the login credentials like your registration ID, roll number, and password given to you while registering for the vacancy.
- After filling in the details, your Stenographer vacancy admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Do not bypass taking a screenshot and printout of it to show to the invigilator appointed at the exam hall and in the further selection rounds.
