Mythri Movie Makers, the production house of the much anticipated Pushpa 2, has recently announced that the film will be released on 15th August 2024 on the eve of Indian Independence Day. Pushpa 2 Storyline
Regarding the storyline and plot of the film, there were rumours that the film’s story was the same as KGF: Chapter 2. This is why Director Sukumar rewrote the entire script and reshoot the scenes that have already been shot to make a unique story.
Later, he clarified that the stories were not the same, but he wanted to correct the mistakes, and to satisfy the audience’s expectations, he changed the script. As a promotional strategy, no further details have been given regarding the story and plot to maintain the excitement among the audience.
Pushpa 2 Budget
Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, the movie’s producers, have also revealed the film’s budget. They have spent Rs 500 crore on the movie to make it look a larger-than-life appearance. Despite making the movie on a high budget, there is no doubt about the recovery of the budget as the audience is desperately waiting for Pushpa 2, and the movie experts have already marked the film to be a blockbuster prior to its release.
Pushpa 2 Shooting
It has been said that a few scenes of the sequel film, which is almost 10% of the shooting, were already filmed prior to the release of the original film. However, according to the news, it was stated that director Sukumar had altered the plot of the sequel movie and reshooted the entire film.
