JEE Main Application Form 2024
Candidates who are coming under the eligibility conditions of the toughest entrance examination should apply for the JEE Mains 2024. The application form for the exam is available on the accredited portal of NTA. Applicants can confirm their candidature in three simple and easy steps comprising Registration, Application form filling, and payment of Application fee.
Candidates who are willing to fill out the application form for the vacancy must provide basic details like contact number, email address, other personal information, payment information, scanned photo with your name and date embedded in it, and scanned signature. They should make sure that no blank space is left unfilled.

JEE Main 2024 Exam Date OUT
Candidates preparing for the JEE Mains can now check the exam calendar of the entrance examination released by the National Testing Agency on the authorized site nta.ac.in. According to the exam calendar released by the conducting authority, the JEE Mains 2024 will be organized in two sessions:
- Session 1: January 24 to February 1, 2024
- Session 2: April 1 to 15, 2024.
NTA has also notified the exam dates of the other entrance examinations held by them yearly, including the NEET UG, CUET UG, CUET PG, and UGC NET. The NEET and CUET UG 2024 exam is in May, while the CUET PG 2024 exam is scheduled in March.
JEE Main Registration 2024
Candidates wishing to appear in the entrance examination for admission to various technical undergraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and planning must first complete their registration on the authorized portal of NTA.
Doing your registration will only allow you to fill out the application form for the exam. After registering for the exam, you will get the login credentials, which you must use to access the authentic portal. The registration form will include basic information about the applicant.
JEE Main Eligibility 2024
Students securing 75% marks in the 12th Class with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are eligible to apply for the JEE Mains 2024. The required percentage to participate in the entrance exam has been reduced for SC/ST candidates to 65%.
Just like the previous year, the candidates preparing for the JEE Mains exam will get two attempts. The exam is to be conducted online in a CBT mode, and 90 questions are asked in the paper, each with four marks. A negative marking of -1 will be given for the wrong answer.
Steps to Apply for JEE Main 2024

- To participate in JEE Mains Exam 2024, applicants must go to the page “Apply for JEE Main Exam.”
- The application form for the exam will appear on the next window screen.
- Fill in the required information relating to your personal, academic, medical, mailing, and Guardian information.
- Upload the scanned images of all the demanded documents as per the guidelines mentioned in the form.
- Pay the application fee per your category using a debit or credit card or e-challan.
- All the contenders applying for the exam must show their annual family income in the application form.
- There is also an option to add Aadhar Number in the application form.
- Once you have completed all the directed steps to fill out the application form, a confirmation page is sent to your registered e-mail ID.
